Harry Potter - HELP - trying to find a fanfic!

HEEEEEEELP!!!!

There's this R/H fanfiction I'm desperately searching for - please help.

I can't remember what it's called and if I found it at Checkmated or Fanfiction or what.

Basically Hermione is going to tell Ron how she feels about him, it's the day of graduation, and she catches him sleepoing with Lavender or Parvati or one of htem, and leaves teh wizarding world and no one keeps contact with her or knows where she is but Ginny.

She is dating some guy but has never...y'know, because deep down she's still in love with Ron. She has become a Muggle doctor and ginny asks her to come back to teh wizarding world to be in hers and harry's wedding.

she sees ron again, he asks why she left in the first palce, they argue adn she leaves the wedding but decides to stay in the wizarding world, gets a job at the hospital ron works at, one night he comes over, they drink, they sleep togehter, they fight.

etc., etc.
I looooove it and have so much 'relaxing' that I owe myself this weekend, I wanna read it but I didn't save it on my puter and I found it like, a month or two ago (it's completed) and now I can't find the name or anything anywhere!

If you know what I'm talking about, please help
