I'm glad Dumbledore told Harry how disappointed he was for not getting the true memory from Slughorn. Harry needed that kick in the arse to get going on it. I have to admit I was surprised to hear young Lord Voldemort was interested in getting something of the other 3 founders, and not just Slytherin.

Very cool that Voldemort cursed the DADA job because Dumbledore wouldn't give it to him.

I hate this depressed Tonks who is not fun at all. I really hope Harry and them find out what's going on with her and she gets back to her old self. I miss the real Tonks.

I was really disappointed in the trio for not all going to Aragog's funeral to be there for Hagrid. They haven't been spending any time with him this year and before they wouldn't have thought twice about risking sneaking out.

It was brilliant of Harry to manipulate Slughorn into going to Hagrid's with him and getting him drunk. I liked how he guilted drunk Slughorn into giving Lily's son the real memory.

There is something up with Tonks, mark my words, lol. Did Harry really theorize that she was in love with Sirius who was her cousin correct? Ewww.

Loved Harry taking the Felix potion and his luck, the way he got Slughorn into giving him his memory was smart. I also wonder if Slughorn had a thing for Lily like Snape did. You never know...

They keep bringing up her eyes in Harry, I guess JK knows what she's doing.

Oh I really liked how Ron whispered Hermione's name while in the medical wing. Too cute.

Lord Voldemort's Request
wow. this book is getting so thrilling! i love learning about voldemort's past. i also love noticing the small similarities between harry and voldemort. kinda scarry to think about, but cool.

i also loved learning about the DADA job! that was so awesome! how he managed to curse it like that, i haven't a clue...but it is very interesting!

The Unknowable Room
Ooohhhh!! so that's where malfoy's been hiding! i was really wondering. but why hasn't the door been opening for Harry?? yet another mystery!

After the Burial
i think it was a very good idea to use only some of the felix felicus. i loved how harry acted after he took it. he was so confident! his plan worked wonderfully.
