Oh you mean post-DH? Harry & Draco weren't close but I think if they did see each other after everything that happened, they'd probably acknowledge each other but that's it. Cursed Child might change their relationship if we consider that canon.

^Personally, I hope CC is canon, because I'm hoping that Harry/Draco
become friends after CC (but "friends" in the frenemy zone/they tolerate each other) since their sons are best friends. __________________

Yeah their relationship will change if you consider CC as canon. Their kids are best friends so they're bound to see each other often. If you don't consider CC as canon, then Harry & Draco, while a bit okay, are not really friends and we don't know if they ever saw each other post-DH.
