"Fantasy Adventure. Voldemort is tightening his grip on both the Muggle and wizarding worlds and Hogwarts is no longer the safe haven it once was. So I just got back from watching the movie, while it was good the BOOK was way better. First what was that whole thing in the begining with Harry and that chick in the diner was it supposed to be funny because me and my sister were like WTF.....Another thing that REALLY botherd me is that in the last scene with the trio they couldnt even let Ron talk they gave his lines to Hermione which they do ALL the time in the movies. I was really disapointed with that scene because it was my fav. Trio scene in the books. It just made me mad and I wonder what other trio scenes they are going to wreck so Hermione looks like the Female lead and not just like Ron Harrys SIDEKICK. Sorry for the rant I just was really mad and makes me not excited for the next 2 movies which is sad because that is my fav. book

The ending is the only scene that really bothered me in the film. Otherwise I like the movie a lot. Though of course the book is always better than film.

Yeah the ending was something that really got on my nerves. But all in all, I think I did like it a lot. I just was a bit overwhelmed or something. I'm finally going to rewatch it again tomorrow, a whole freaking week later almost, and I am so excited for it. I really wanted to rewatch it again pretty much every day but I hadn't been able to but tomorrow seems like a good day and then I'm going to repost a long ass review ?

Sometimes it's better to watch a film for a second time. OotP which is now my second fave, I didn't care for it at first. Though seeing it for a second time I ended liking it. It was my fave HP movie until of course HBP came out.

Though I really my biggest complaint is the ending. It would have been nice to see it as the a trio moment.

That's a great way to look a it!

Rupert is great expressing through his facial expressions. I think it's even one of his greatest strengths as an actor.

Atleast he looked solemn and somewhat pensive for the scene otherwise I would not have been too happy.

Yeah, it just felt really weird and jarring to me. I know some people said it could be foreshadowing but it didn't even look like that to me

I am a huge anti foreshadowing believer. I just don't think, at end of HBP of all places, Ron suddenly realized Harry and Hermione had to hots for each other

his insecurity had been way more developed by that point.

My ideal line for him:
Hermione: Harry, Ron's okay with you dating Ginny
Ron: Bloody hell I'm right here! And no I'm not Harry!
Harry and Hermione: Oh ****
*credits roll*

Okay I am obviously kidding to some extent. But he should've taken the Ginny line if you know what I mean. He would have responded differently I am sure
