Though starting next week will have to jungle it a bit better but still have like 3 hours most days outside of Sunday and Monday but though can now have ability if able too post while at work again; even if not. Hope to get into a sleeping habit to be able to wake an hour or two before work

Btw, I love your SkyeWard icon. I don't ship them as much as I used to back in S1 and especially with the current SL they have but I still like them.

With the schedule that I've had recently Friday and Saturdays at 715-730 and every other day, have been lucky lately to be up before 12pm. So starting Sunday, going to start at 10am which would give me an hour before work

No its fix starting Monday its partly why I went down again to a basic agent noon until 8pm fixed

Ah so if you're a team leader, you don't have a fixed schedule? Shouldn't it be the other way around? Sorry I'm about this. I used to be an agent for a BPO company but I didn't have a fixed schedule although I can pick a time I want.

In a perfect world, I should have had a fixed schedule but with just 3 of us all 3 get burned by all over or just one, was fine when it was 10 hour days but then when it switched really started to effect me

I understand. We were 4 on the team when I was an agent. My boss was really nice, he let me pick a time that was convenient for me since I was new. After 6 months, my schedule changed and while it was later than usual, I'm okay with it since agents don't really have a fixed schedule. I only lasted 8 months because I was getting sickly.

For the most part survived today first day in pretty much 10 months taking calls. Few slip ups but nothing horrible

Haha, I'm sure you still know how to do agent stuff although not doing it for many months/years, it may all seem "new" again.
