Dave, it might take a while for your friend to recover but the important thing is he's doing good.
 Steph, yay for a day off and babysitting your nephew. That should be fun!  I feel sad that you work on the weekends sometimes. I'm so used to not working on weekends I might not accept a job offer that lets me work on weekends. __________________

Dave, just stayed in this weekend. We have terrible weather here and the rains have flooded some parts of the city so I'd rather just stay in than risk getting my car flooded.
Steph, haha! The test of being the best aunt there is. Sometimes it's a pain babysitting them because they are such a pain in the ass but yeah, that's just how kids are. __________________

Dave, you too! Weather bureau said it'll be better here come Thursday. We haven't seen the sun in 3 weeks now.
But I do like the cooler weather because summer here is terrible. Steph, bribe him with candies & chocolates. That always works for my nephew. __________________

Weather is much better now for us even though our weather bureau said it will improve by tomorrow so that's good. It's really terrible with just getting torrential rain for days because it gets flooded everywhere and not to mention the traffic. I have to wake up earlier than usual to be on time for work.

Linds...nearby church festival is having fireworks ...they do it every year...but never go... this year though I have a fold up chair and a flashlight.... and umbrella....
Steph…. everyone blames parenting, sugar, and / or ADD/ ADHD or another behavior condition for hyper kids....do you agree? |
