First time around...add me!!!

And MBfan19, I'm happy but disappointed too. Ok, we won't have to wait too much, but still...God, why is JK so mean???

Yeah!!! C'mon, all he need is love. And Hermione is the one, she's his know-it-all!!!

As I was admiring my new GoF photo wallpaper of Harry and Hermione in the tent, I noticed that Emma looks alot more like how I'd originally envisioned Hermione. In PoA, her hair was more blonde and less bushy.

I can't wait for this movie!

I was getting a little worried because I thought JK might fall behind and the Movies will catch up to the books...so by the time book 6 came out they would have been halfways if not started on the fifth movie. Which is cutting it pretty close!

Ahh, high-lites!

PS and CoS had her hair the darkest. PoA was supposed to be a darker book but it also marked changes, cause they were growing up blah blah blah. So were the actors. Emma's hairstyle refelcted that in both her life and Hermione's. So GoF (from pictures we've seen anyways) Hermione's hair is getting longer again and it seems to be going back to brown, to reflect, I would imagine, the darker films.

Me, too! ;D

Happy Christmas, all. 9pm Eve here. Doesn't actually strike a chord with me, but for all who partake, I hope this is the best one ever. Until next year's.

I have this tradition where I go to this bookstore and buy it. It has to be in my home town too cause that's where I got all my other books!

So when I was away and OoTP came out I had to maintain all self control and wait like a week an a half so i can be home to buy it.

*nuts*

Oh, this time I'll pre-order. Usually, I don't do that, pretty much 'cause I'm just like Intrceptr350 *high five!*, but I won't be able to wait until the translation [I'm from Brazil] is finished. Takes too long and I understand why, but I can't accept. Not this time-- I need this book as soon as possible!!!

And p.s. thanks for the videos-- God, I LOVE her accent. And her voice is...sweet, love to hear it too.

So if I were to pre-order, how soon would the book arrive?

Have any of you guys waited in line starting 12:00 AM the day a book was released? If so, were the lines long?

I was thinking of preordering, but I'd like to go to one of the bookstore midnight release parties. I remember when OotP came out; you could feel the tension the whole week leading up to it. Perhaps I'll reserve a copy so I can buy it at the release rather than waiting a number of weeks before an available bookstore copy that isn't reserved for sale to a specific party surfaces.
