I think some of them got their break doing Cursed Child but the older actors have been doing plays and other projects prior to Cursed Child.

Especially those actors who played Albus & Scorpius. They became really well-known since they did Cursed Child. In the play/book, these two characters were really the standouts, imo.

I remember someone said it wasn't realistic that they haven't age and I was like umm, most people think I'm in high school which that say a lot for them thinking that I still look same to them..

I think the aging in the Epilogue scene was subtle and good.

True. There were earlier shots of Harry, Ron & Hermione looking very older than the final cut in the movie. I'm glad they changed that.
