It kind of made me sad as a Neville/Ginny shipper.
 But I imagine Neville and Ginny were too much like brother and sister by that point to have any romantic feelings for one another. Neville/Luna, though, I wish that was explored in the books. The movies made it seem so random and out of the blue.And what's worse is that it was just a summer fling. I can't see Neville or Luna doing that.  |

I agree. It felt random in the movie and came out of nowhere. I would have entertained it more if they were written in the books as having a thing for each other.
And yes, I agree as well as I can't see Neville & Luna doing flings.  __________________

Yeah, it would have been nice if Neville and Luna had more interaction in the books.
I don't think they would canonically, but Matthew and Evanna probably felt forced to say that when fans started going crazy for that Neville/Luna bit. |

I agree.
I would love to read a fic with Neville and Luna (as well as Ginny) leading the DA and how they overcome personal drama while defying the Death Eaters ruling Hogwarts. |
