Okay, I'm going to start out this post with something negative that I have to get off of my chest, but I promise to segue into positivity after I'm done.

One thing I'm noticing about the Half-Blood Prince book stealing scene is some people are confused that Ginny is in the scene and others are even irritated that she's there. Man, poor girl can NEVER catch a break, can she? Never mind that Ginny is in the scene in the book when they're discussing the Half-Blood Prince. Why are some people under the impression that the Trio needs to be isolated from everyone else and no other character is allowed to talk to them, especially Ginny, who has a very prominent storyline in the movie involving the main character?

As promised, there is some good news though regarding this scene. People are giving Bonnie props on her acting. They're saying she's capturing Ginny's feistiness pretty well. Even Emma, who has had her share of criticism about her acting, is getting good marks.

Well like you said, she's in the book prominently so therefore they have every right to showcase her in the films. And everything we've seen with her has been very relative to the canon. Perhaps they need reminding that Ginny is also there in the book questioning Harry about the book. Different location but still it makes alot of sense for her to be in that scene in the film.

People really are starting to lay off of Bonnie, though, even if they don't like Ginny. So that's always good.

Hey guys they're seems to be an Opps on the advert for GMTV's commerical for their HP special. Found this on IMDb:

So I'm guessing they're interviewed Bonnie and put Jessie's name up by mistake or they interview Jessie and used Bonnie's picture by mistake.

For people that still complain about not liking Bonnie/Ginny or questioning about her being in a type of scene I really don’t pay that any mind, but it’s good that others are starting to come around in see that she’s great in the role of Ginny.

People are always are complaining about one thing or another about the films. I try and not pay attention. Though really most people seem to have a positive reaction to Bonnie in the scene.

There will always be people who will say negative comments about her, specially the ones who have never liked her, though I don't know how you can't like someone when you don't even know her.

On the other hand, my sister who isn't a fan of Bonnie like us (not because she doesn't like her, she just isn't

) told me yesterday that she thought Bonnie just captured Ginny as she had imagined it by watching that very clip where she snatches the Half-Blood Prince book.
