Unless Newt & Dumbledore has some master plan to get her back with Grindelwald not suspecting but I also doubt that. Grindelwald seems to be a powerful and intelligent wizard.

That we have to see because that blood pact is binding. It's still unclear what will happen if that pact is broken.

With the Unbreakable Vow, the one who breaks the vow dies. But for this one, we don't know what will happen. Obviously one of them breaks it but they both lived so I guess death isn't the option for breaking the blood pact.
