That role is meant to be for her. Helen McCrory was supposed to play Bellatrix but she got pregnant and so they had to cast someone else. At least she was still part of the movie and played Narcissa instead.

Yeah. I guess she was cast but got pregnant and so they can't really tell her, no you can't be part of the movie anymore. So it's good that they found a role for her to play and Helen was excellent as Narcissa.
