Emma loves to receive fanmail and tries to reply to as much as she can, but obviously with such a busy schedule it would be almost impossible to reply to them all, so if you e-mail her, I'm afraid I cnt guarantee a reply! She uses a different address to chat with family and friends, so it is very probable that you will never chat with her.
