Who is Draco Malfoy? Who is Tom Felton?

Draco Malfoy is a character from the Harry Potter books. He's the smart mouthed, sarcastic and sometimes evil Slytherin that just so happens to be Harry Potter's arch rival. Tom Felton is the adorable actor that plays him in the Harry Potter movies.

The reason behind the name...

We are called the Mermaids because of Tom's love for fishing and the Draco Dreamers because we dream about Draco all night long.

Now this is the story all about how, my life got flipped, turned upside down,

in the dungeons was where I spent most of my days,
duelling, hexing, chillin' wit' Crabbie 'n' Big G,

when my father's Death Eaters, who were up to no good,
started making trouble in my neighbourhood,

the date is probably accurate because the books take place in the nineties (which does become a bit confusing). They're supposed to be one after the other but usually years come between the books.

Not quite sure what year precisely...anyone know?
