| Draco Malfoy/Tom Felton #33:We were thinking of titles,but got distracted by his hair Hello and welcome to the Draco Malfoy/Tom Felton appreciation thread!  This is the place where you can come to talk about either Malfoy or Felton, post pictures and just generally love him to bits. Who is Draco Malfoy? Who is Tom Felton? Draco Malfoy is a character from the Harry Potter books. He's the smart mouthed, sarcastic and sometimes evil Slytherin that just so happens to be Harry Potter's arch rival. Tom Felton is the adorable actor that plays him in the Harry Potter movies. Who are we? We are Malfoy's Mermaids or as we're sometimes known the Draco Dreamers.
