I also like the dark tone of the movie which is true of the book as well. There was a lot of deaths for this book/movie.

This book was really more for the adult readers. I remember HP was advertised as a children's book so I wasn't interested at first but when I saw the first movie, I was like "this isn't for children".

They cut out a lot of the book stuff on DH but they also added in a lot for the movie.
