The wand Harry used isn't his and was stolen from a Snatcher so the wand is still not used to Harry.

Hmm, I vaguely recall Ron being able to 'steal' a wand from the Snatcher so Harry was able to use one but I can't remember if he was able to get his wand back (plus I also forgot if Ron lost his too). I really need to re-read and re-watch.

Hmm, now that I think about it that cafe scene was at the beginning of the movie. The Snatchers thing happened towards the middle. I found this to jog our memories:
