It's the same. The only difference is that in the book she was torturing Hermione to find out how they got inside her vault at Gringotts. In the movie, she was torturing Hermione to find out how they got the sword of Gryffindor (which is a Horcrux).

Not much a big of a change but in both book & movie, Bellatrix was torturing Hermione and Hermione was screaming.
