Hi! Decided to make a new thread, hope it's okay.

I was wondering who everybody would like to see playing various characters.

That is to say, anyone you thought was SEVERLEY miscast in the HP movies?

Anyone you'd love to play a not-yet-cast role? eg. Tonks etc.

I could definitely see Ian McKellen playing Dumbeldore. He already had most of the costume down from LotR.

I agree that Johnny Depp would have been great as Sirius. I didn't really think Gary Oldman was right for the part.

I think Johnny Depp would of been to young to play Sirius. I could of seen Pierce Brosnon.

Sirius: Viggo Mortensen

Bellatrix: Angelina Jole

Lupin: anyone but that guy....lupin is supposed to be cute and lovable and i think the guy that plays him isn't attractive at all....

i have to disagree with you guy who are saying someone else as DD i think Richard Harris was absolutely amazing, but as for this new guy, i don't really like him just cause he's not RH, so....lol

I can't think of anyone else for Harry, Hermione and Ron though. But if I had to change one person in the current cast it would be the girl who plays Ginny. She just isn't how I pictured Ginny at all.

I'd love to see Ewan McGregor as one of the eldest Weasley brothers...maybe Bill. I could go for that.

I adored Richard Harris as Dumbledore...I still love the character, but I didn't warm up to Michael Gambon's
Groovy!Dumbledore nearly as much as Mr. Harris' Wise!Dumbledore.
