Earlier today, at the request of one of the moderators of this board, I reviewed this entire thread in response to a complaint received by one poster about posts being inappropriate on this thread. I took my time and evaluated the comments made on this thread, and as I posted on page nine, I found nothing inappropriate here and nothing that violates Fan Forum's policy. I feel it's merely a situation where posts on a thread were deemed or judged to be improper by one individual based on their personal beliefs or values. While we all need to be sensitive to our fellow posters, we can't close down every thread just because someone finds something personally distasteful or upsetting there. My best advice in a situation like this is for the poster to ignore the thread and not read or post on it. This person has been temporarily banned in order to give them and everyone here time to calm down.

I have been in communication today with both moderators of this board, and they are very concerned about the disruption this has caused on this board. They, and all of us, I'm sure, would like to get back to the "business" of everyone having fun posting here.

Because there has been nothing inappropriate on this thread, I'm going to re-open it with the following stipulations. Please understand that if they aren't followed, this thread will be closed, and in all likelihood, it will be for quite some time.

1. Please keep your posts on this thread to the subject of this thread, i.e. your appreciation and like for Daniel.

2. Any questions or comments about this issue or the poster who raised it should be handled via PM or email to one of this board's moderators or myself, but not on this thread. Any reference on this thread to this or the poster will be edited/deleted by myself or one of the moderators of this board, and if it continues, then the thread will be closed.

3. If you are a regular poster on this board, please post here that you have read and understand my post. Please refrain from adding any comments about the poster or the issues raised in your post.

4. Lastly, please make sure your future posts here are appropriate. So far, no one here has "crossed the line" and posted anything pornographic or obscene, and I've bent over backwards to keep this thread open instead of just saying, "it's a problem, so let's close it."
