The book. I actually thought it was quite cute reading about it. But then in the movie, Matt and Bonnie were so cute in their scene.

It also crossed my mind, reading the book and thinking how cute they can be. And the movie (GoF in particular) just made me ship them even more.

Yes, they were definitely the cutest in the GOF movie, because the chemistry between Bonnie and Matt is amazing, but I think when it comes to the books it was the OOTP that made me ship them handcore, especially the moment when Neville overcame his fear and got into a fight in order to defend Ginny.
