It makes me wonder what if Sirius was with him in that cave back then? Although Sirius would be too young to be there and Regulus wouldn't let him join him. What if Sirius was there? Would he have lived or would they both die?

Harry was really lucky to survive that cake and thanks really to Dumbledore because if Sirius was there with Regulus...I think Regulus will still die but Sirius will survive. He's going to save his brother.

It's such a tragic family story really. On the opposite end, their cousins: Bellatrix, Narcissa & Andromeda. Andromeda was the one who is a lot like Sirius.

That's true. Andromeda married Ted Tonks. They're Nymphadora's parents so yes, Tonks is the niece of Bellatrix & Narcissa and Draco is Tonks' cousin.
