Hey, Cat! Since you live in England I was wondering if you could help me out with something: I wanted to take a vacation in February or March to England and of course I wanna visit Leavsden Studios or some other HP sightings. Do you happen to know where the hell they all are?

Because I couldn't find anything on the internet.

I also loved your point about Ron becoming less and less important in each book. So true he was barely in book 5.

If you are looking for a good long fanfic you should try Paradigm of Uncertainty by Lori you have to sign into the Yahoo group but her fanfics are worth it! It is a 3 part series and I printed them all out once and it was like 1000 pages of H/H loving

So that will keep you busy for a while. Lots of angst and adventure.

Imaginary good point about H/R just fighting and not bantering. Having read tons of romance novels and teen books that use banter I totally agree that H/R don't fall into that category. Most of the time bantering borders on flirting. Yet every time Harry stops them from fighting they are always described as angry and sullen. Doesn't sound like a good basis for a relationship to me

Hmmm. Well, i happen to know that the final PoA scenes were filmed up here in Scotland, as were the dragon scenes for GoF.

The train they use as the Hogwarts Express can also be seen in a station up here. I'll see what else i can find out!

Wait, haven't they finished filming yet? I thought they were in post-production.

I'm already excited to see the OOTP movie.

I don't think they can afford to cut so much from the book because all of the events are connected and are significant in some way. I have a feeling that poor Lockhart'll get the chop though, and it'll just skip straight so seeing Bode (or maybe that'll be axed too) and the Longbottoms. They better not skimp on the DOM stuff though, or I'll be very annoyed.

Aw, they'll probably cut Professor Trelawney's scenes too, which would be a shame because I'd love to hear Emma Thompson telling Dan/Harry that he'll live a long and prosperous life with 12 kids.
