ouuu...that's surprising. I thought that was one of the things they would have cut out. I don't see the SPEW scene having much impact on the overall main story if it was cut out. How is Hermione forcing the boys into SPEW going to advance the story? They're obviously making a lot of cuts to the book, what importance does this subplot have? I wonder why they kept it in. I wonder if there's a reason for it, although i'm not complaining. It's a cute scene and i'm glad it's included. If nothing else, it gives Hermione more screen time.

Haven't read the news at mugglenet...so this probably doesn't even apply...but from what you said, Kieu I wanted to say this...lol!

They might be pushing the SPEW stuff since it plays a bigger part in the 5th book...not a huge part...but they mention it a lot more. and everything with how they should have treated kreacher better and stuff...i dont know! that might not even be what they said!

I don't really mind about the Yule ball since theres not a really need for it to be really long. I agree with what some have said, they only really need Harry's reaction, Hermione looking beautiful and *sighs* the R/Hr fight.

Yeh, maybe they kept in the SPEW storyline because it makes more sense in Book5, that Hermione was right once again. And maybe we should be playing closer to attention to Hermione, and her ideas aren't just random frivalous attempts... And maybe if they keep this storyline in this movie, it can continue to the 5th movie and we'll get to see Hermione asking Harry to knit with her..

And again I say, keep the kiss in or there will be a mountain of angry H/Hr shippers knocking on WB's door. News headline: WB studio burnt down, a flock of people with signs saying "H/Hr Forever' seen fleeing from the scene.
