A long, long time ago there lived a boy named Harry Potter. He had this devastatingly tragic life, all made better by a loyal and trusting rapport he had with his best friend Hermione Granger. Little did they know, the loving friendship they shared would turn into something more because of course, there are some things you can't share without liking each other, and knocking out a 12-foot mountain troll is one of them.

I never really thought about Voldies wording and him referring to Lily as a "girl". But as I posted over there already, Lupin said Dementors force people to re-live their worst memories. And since Hermione's supposed sacrifice hasn't even happened (yet?

), how can Harry 're-live' it? I only hope it's not forshadowing. I'd bawl my eyes out if JK killed off Hermione, no matter how bitter sweet it'd be to have Hermione sacrifice herself for the love of her life...

that's...scary

because it makes total sense...hermione standing in front of harry with Voldie RIGHT THERE asking her to stand aside...it would be SO SAD, but so intense and strong...I could totally see Mione doing it...

Wow Nora, I never thought of that before. I really hope this theory isn't true

But then again, when Voldemort says to "stand aside", it doesn't nessecarily mean that Lily was holding baby Harry. She could've been standing in front of his crib, and that's why he said what he did. The whole calling her "girl" though, I dunno. Maybe he did that as a form of disrespect. I know I don't like being called a "girl" like that, even though I'm only 18 *shrugs*
