She read it after she met him bec he mentioned about the beasts after she warned him that they are illegal or something in the line then he was telling her that he was writing the book about him and gave his book which she read it..

Thanks! Oh yeah now I remember. We have like a few months afterwards before Newt left NYC because we still see Jacob with his bakery so Newt didn't really leave NYC right away when that scene in the tunnel happened. So Tina would have time to read a book by then.

I just laughed when I saw it. The Niffler is so happy.
