But he does have some very dangerous creatures inside the suitcase. Sometimes I wonder if he can domesticate them as I know some of them are hard to train/domesticate.

Yes, he has to keep them in an environment that they can live in otherwise, they might just wander around and, if not trained well, kill each other.

Newt has really had this all down to a T. He's a really good magizoologist. Jacob would learn a lot from him if he does decide to help him out with his creatures.

He most definitely does. Jacob seems to be that way too although I can see him concentrating on his bakery too. Tina is definitely someone who might take an interest in these creatures too.

The fact that Newt enchanted a suitcase just so he can take care of these creatures speaks so highly of why he loves these beasts.

Me too! That's why we need to see more of these creatures in part 2. There's still so many in the book!
