Seriously, I don't know. Making a living doing something I really, truly love, here in our great house, with my very dear S.O. So kinda sorta what I'm doing now.

I don't hate Republicans in general. Believe it or not, I come from a long line of Republicans. I do detest and despise how the current Republican leadership has blurred the line between church and state, and manipulated people of good and devout intent for their own private purposes, and how they've taken advantage of a national tragedy like 9/11 to deprive U.S. citizens of their civil liberties, and to invade a foreign sovereign nation (Iraq) under false pretenses to further U.S. oil interests.

Hey -- you asked!

Seriously, I don't hate Republicans, I just think that they've let a few slick opportunists pull the wool over their eyes.

Depends on the year. Truly! I don't get all worked up about particular holidays anymore. So far this year it was probably the Saturday I spent in NYC.

We saw "Meet the Fockers" on Pay-Per-View. Definitely not Oscar-calibre material, but it was fun.

I haven't seen that one yet but I really want to. I saw Barbra Streisand when she was in Philadelphia with the play "Funny Girl" before it went to Broadway. She was 19. That was one of those nights in the theater that is never forgotten.

So....do you speak/understand any other languages besides English?

Amazingly, no, considering the fact that I took 6 years of French (4 in elementary school, 2 in high school) and over 2 years of Spanish. I know phrases, odd words (I can say "****!" in 3 languages ), but not a lot of comprehension when trying to speak to a native speaker. You really have to use a language on a daily basis in order to get comfortable with it.

Oh, God -- it's one of those tough, philosophical questions! (Why doesn't anyone ask me what my favorite MCDonald's value meal is? ) In some ways, sure. I would love to be the same weight and have the same general fitness level as I had when I was in my twenties. I'd like less white hair (and currently HAVE less white hair, thanks to my friend Tasha the Hairdresser!). But would I trade my current level of happiness and life lessons learned for those things? No, not on a bet.
