Well I've only watched half of the movie for now (didn't get to the good scenes yet
 ), but I took a few caps.The movie is not bad so far, pretty funny at times, and Eliza is ******** cute in it.  The guy she's with tough is a complete wuss...    And yes girls, her boyfriend doesn't turn her on anymore, who wants to take his place ?  I'll post more when I'm at work... |

ok, I finally got around seeing the whole thing, so here's the recap:
The story focuses on two couples of twentysomething : Renee (Eliza) and Ellis and Heather and James. Both couples have lost the spark in their relationship and they are willing to try anything to rekindle the passion they had at the beginning. Renee and Ellis hate that they have become so boring as a couple even though they did everything they could to avoid it. Their sex life has reached a frozen spot and when they start talking about their fantasies over breakfast, Renee admits that hers is about sleeping with a girl and Ellis would like to watch another couple make love... They ultimately end up at a seminar given by a sex therapist who suggest that they try to swap partners. After some hesitation, they agree to give it a chance and set up a meeting with Heather and James. The whole thing is very awkward for all of them and when they leave the room, Renee immediately regrets sleeping with James and also having to share Ellis with another girl. They work it out though, after a fight and a discussion. Renee also ends up getting a hot date with a waitress, and truly seems to consider giving it a go. She doesn't however and she and Ellis decide to give their relationship another chance. It doesn't work so well for Heather and James... Now, for those of you who are expecting some really hot scenes, you won't find it there. There is a lot of kissing (and yes, Eliza does kiss a girl), but otherwise it mainly focuses on the difficulties couples can encounter when they're engaged in a long term relationship and hit a dry patch. It's not a bad movie (in my opinion), and Eliza is lovely in it. Not much chemistry between the actors though, but since things are supposed to be tensed between them, it's still watchable. |
