Beatle arrive in U.S. forty years ago
Forty years ago, on February 7, 1964 the Beatle landed in New York City's Kennedy airport to appear on the Ed Sullivan Show. I just recently got the DVD of their first U.S. Visit which is a great look at the group and the early stages of Beatlemania in America.

It was forty years ago today
Ed Sullivan asked the band to play They've been going in and out of style But their songs will always make me smile So let me introduce to you The act again after all these years... __________________
