Plot: The film tells the story about a woman named Veronika (Gellar) who wakes up in a mental institution after a failed suicide attempt. She discovers that she has a weakened heart and only days to live. Veronika’s road to recovery is followed as she finds true love and a newfound will to survive. Veronika Decides To Die, out in 2009, is based on a book that takes from author Paulo Coelho’s experience in various mental institutions.

Oh, SMG always does a fantastic acting job, just alot of the scripts suck, and then she can't even save the dud of a film.

But, I hope this will be good. TAIB gave me hope again, that she can make a decent film.

I don't like how Veronika is spelled here, though...

I'm not used to seeing it spelled with a "k" and it looks very strange to me. That's all.

I can't wait for this movie. The book was awesome! Its a very deep role and I'm sure SMG can pull off Veronika. She will be amazing, I just know it.

I really like the sound of this film, seems much more promising than any others she's done recently. I hope it does well. She needs some positive reviews!
