I still don't get how Spike isn't vamping with all that slayer blood especially all over Buffy's face.
 I really hate when I love a Spuffy fic & then don't like something like the direction of the story OOC not enough buildup except fics based off Something Blue doesn't have to have as much buildup b/c you can you use what already is there in Canon from the start for Spuffy with catalyst being Willow's spell. There are still some ways to get them together sooner if it's a great writer & the concept for it makes sense to me. The attraction was always there. Spuffy really just needed time to spend together without the Scoobies to see how perfect they are for each other. Like working together in secret to take down Angelus in Season 2. Love when they go on road trips too. AU human fic I think needs the most buildup. You have to explain the diff. too from the Buffyverse. I like char. still in char. mostly to work for me. I hate admitting this but I can start to get bored when Spuffy are happy if the plot doesn't interest me anymore. I think the buildup is the best part of any love story. __________________

No that just doesn't work.
It's his vampire instincts that would sense blood like that & there is just no way with all of that on her face he wouldn't vamp. __________________

That's just something anyone should know if they watched the show.
Heck anything vampire in general would have them vamp out in show/movie.  __________________
