I think Xander would cheat on Anya with Buffy but wouldn't leave her because he'd know he's not Buffy's long haul guy. If they got together another person would get in the way. Angel. Spike. Faith. Or another guy like Riley who Xander thinks is better than himself.

While Xander has made his attraction to Buffy obvious even while with Anya and she has even commented on it multiple times, what really makes it clear he still feels unrequited love and not just lust is that vision in Hells Bells.

I was looking at the OP and Spike asking, "Can we rest now, Buffy? Can we rest?" made me think of a song on Doctor Who "Rest now, my warrior."

Imagine Buffy whispering it in Chosen or saying it in her head.

And I love that he asked that in the first half of season 7 and then there are two separate scenes of them resting together in the second half of the season.

What Spike would see if his life flashed before his eyes.

That Princess Rap Battle gif with the triple snap followed by a pelvic thrust makes me think of the Time Warp song from Rocky Horror Picture Show.

I love that she has Princess Buttercup (The Princess Bride) & Goldilocks (like to think she is the badass Land of Stories version by Christ Colfer) as her backup.

Something I didn't notice about the Top kisses gifs until now. Buffy initiated all of them!
