Tbh I am a little jealous of my niece. She may be a "teen mom" but she already has more going for her than I do. She easily got hired for a job. She is going to have her own apartment before even turning 18. Etc.

My mom texted me a picture of a pet cemetary and I texted back that Cha Cha Bela isn't going to die until the day I do and I expect to live until I'm 100. lol

I need to make up some banners to add my favorite non-Buffyverse ships to the OP.

I know how it is to feel a little jealous too.

My brother decided to recently do a play and everybody thought he was a natural.

They couldn't believe it was his first time acting.

He felt at the time that he wanted to be an actor and finally found what he wanted to do.

Now he doesn't know b/c he is still having lots of problems with his bipolar/depression.

My eldest sister makes more in a week than I make in a month.

I need to get serious about publishing a book on Kindle and making a web series on Youtube because that is literally the only way I think I could make money. I could not handle wasting 40 hours a week on a job I hated.

Is there anything you've always wanted to do? Things you know you are good at that hasn't really been showcased to the world?

I used to want to be a journalist and then a video editor since I loved making fan vids.

Cha Cha is curled up on my lap. Animals are so precious.

Will Graham (main character on Hannibal) is autistic and I'm noticing a trend. I see myself in a lot of characters that are on the spectrum even though I don't think I am. I have depression (from knowing the evil that is being subjected to innocent beings every second) and OCD but am not neuroatypical. And yet I have many of the issues that Will does. Don't always look people in the eye, have an extensive vocabulary but trouble actually verbally saying what I want/need to say, really obssessive, don't like to be touched, always anxious, and have certain coping mechanisms for living (we both gravitate towards animals, he has 7 dogs).

Newspapers won't exist soon. Can you see yourself as a popular writer for a website like Buzzfeed or Cracked? Or maybe a magazine like Entertainment Weekly?

Many people get their news online. Newspaper sales have dropped drastically. Mail will probably stay but has also become less popular with the advance of emails and ecards.

If Perez Hilton can make half a million dollars a year off of his little celebrity blurbs (his site is really amateurish) and E. L. James can make nearly 100 million off of 3 trashy books, we can get our act together and rise up from poverty.

Have you thought of selling 10 ten shipper lists to sites like Listverse?

I couldn't get the remote viewer thing to go back on so the IT people can't fix things from where they are. I called to see if I could cancel the one year warranty since I haven't paid yet and the person I talked to said he'd cancel it but I'm worried he won't or that he got my name wrong and that I'll be charged when I get paid. I don't make enough to have a large sum taken out for nothing (laptop still has viruses just not as many as when I originally called a few days ago).

I want to watch all 202 episodes of The X Files before season 10 starts in January. Do any of you own the series or have Netflix? We could all livetweet in this thread or go visit the X Files board. I have to start it soon since I only own seasons 1-5 and would have to put the other 4 seasons on request at the library.

I cooked for Cha Cha today and she didn't eat it. She is such a ratatouille dog.

Every time I think of writing a book review on Goodreads all I can think is, "But what about the hundreds/thousands of books I've already read that I didn't write a book review for and would have to read again to remember properly enough to write a great review?"

World News:

In Texas a 14 year old boy named Ahmed Mohammed loves science and decided to build a clock in 20 minutes and brought it in to show his engineer teacher only to have his English teacher assume the clock was attached to a bomb and called the police. Ahmed was expelled and arrested and interrogated by police as a suspected terrorist. All because he's muslim and brought a clock to school.

I never liked The X Files.

The X Files is very slow paced and dated and only had one type of filming style but it was absolutely crucial in making sci-fi mainstream on television.

I like Gillian Anderson more now than I did when she was Scully. She was great on The Fall & Hannibal.
