I only pretty much watch for Damon/Elena and that's it.

I never liked DE, but if I was a shipper I'd feel as if the writers ruined them for me. They way they are writing Damon is actually discrediting the whole "bad boy changes for good girl" thing.

I still like DE, but not as much as the idea of SC and I know they are not happening. Also I need to love the show in general and with TVD it seems like not for me. I'll keep watching from time to time though.
I feel like all the characters are badly written there  Except Caroline  __________________

Caroline is their accidental brilliance.
She has such a huge fan base now, and it's just growing. I wonder if she'll get popular enough for SC to happen. If DE wins and gets Bland-As-Dish-Water Elena out of the way and the show is willing to explore once unlikely SL's to rock the boat...it could happen. *crosses fingers* |

They aren't writing DE well out all.
The plot of Season 2 in general has sucked. Plus way too much SE.  __________________

I don't feel like getting into it--too lazy to type an explanation--but I don't like Elena's character, nor do a like Damon's. At least I like Stefan.
And as I said before, I hate how Damon is being written this season. In S1 I just found him annoying. His quips make him come off like a bratty brother, not a Big Bad. But this season has just made his character fall even further. He's legit laughable and pathetic. |
