That sucks I’m sorry.
My anxiety has been pretty bad lately, too. I started seeing a therapist so I hope that helps  __________________

I hope the doctor called you and let you up your meds
I’m not too good at it either. I don’t really like talking about my problems but my anxiety has been pretty bad with like intrusive thoughts and thinking about the worst possible scenarios and panicking about things that haven’t even happened   Sighhhhh. __________________
