I'm just excited about CIN!
 I still need to catch up the last 2 days b/c I was knocked out by my med that helps my depression.  __________________

 IMPACT: Jack and Jennifer are considered to be the last true successful "Supercouple" from DAYS OF OUR LIVES. Their story was unique in the sense that there was a tragic but comedic element at the forefront. Jack was tormented by his past (the rape of Kayla along with learning he was really Steve and Adrienne's long lost brother) but was inspired to be a better man thanks to Jennifer. We watched them match wits, and it was fun. The couple won Soap Opera Digest Awards as Favorite Supercouple in 1991, and then Best Wedding and Best Love Story in 1992. Days Best Supercouple Of All -Time Soap Opera Update as well. (1991) When DAYS OF OUR LIVES "re-booted" the show in 2011, they brought Melissa Reeves and Matthew Ashford on to the canvas once again to play out the Jack and Jennifer story. The fact that the show has continued to bring Ashford back (despite always firing him later) is a testament to the power and impact of the original Jack and Jennifer love story.- We Love Soaps Any time they need to cut the budget they fire Matt. The last time is b/c they wanted to make Daniel/Jennifer a Supercouple. I really believe that after see them pushed on us forever!  Jack is back on screen Nov. Sweeps!  So nothing they do will make us forget JnJ b/c they were huge! The soaps were then too. That's part of the reason JnJ looking back never could be topped. Not enough fans watch anymore. Quote:

We never had him go crazy from it but he did struggle seeing them both telling him how he would only hurt Jennifer for example. Bio dad Duke raped his sister Adrienne & beat his mom. It's diff. with Clyde telling Ben in his head to hurt Ciara & not trust her but the writing is similar b/c both Jack & Ben struggling to be good men again after their terrible unforgivable actions. Ron is smart to write anything similar to JnJ with them being known as the last success as a Supercouple on Days. __________________
