There was no mooching of the hugs. I love hugs all around. teehee.

I am definatly going to try to ride the bike tonight..and do the 100 crunches. I need to do those nightly in order to get ready for swimsuit season. Ugh.

LMFAO. I swear, this thread is playing on my mind. Last night (or rather this morning) I couldn't sleep that well, don't know why, was only half asleep, but then I woke up at about 2am (keeping in mind I have work at 6.30) and I had this sudden weird urge that I needed to do situps. Heh. I think I felt bloated or something. So I put on my JT Cd, and did like 500+ situps. Then went straight back to bed and actually slept. So bizarre. Heh. My puppy (who sleeps in my bed) was not impressed by this *at* all.

But I guess, this thread is working as motivation in my sleep.

OMFG, that's hilarious. I have been meaning to exercise but I don't know what's wrong with me.I am just in a slump lately.

Heh. Well try it early in the morning, I was remarkably dedicated. Heh. Made me sleep like a kitten. Heh.

But I feel you with the slump. I do exercise most days, but lord, lately, its such a chore. The last week, I've had to psych myself up so much to get there. I went to a Step class on Thursday evening, and I set my step up, and was sitting down waiting for the class to begin, and I just wanted to run home. I almost did, but the instructor walking in at the time that I was getting ready to make a dash. Blech. I hate it when exercise becomes a pain and a real effort. Hopefully it will pass though. I should go watch some old concert or something. That will motivate me.

Aw, yeah. I like her confidence too. Because she's normal sized, not waifer thin, although has lost weight recently. But is still gorgeous.

We have a treadmill (walker machine) which is outside now my parents are doing the house up giving it a birthday

No but I did, crack my tailbone or something a few years ago
