Heee!

"Wanna see my life? It's all in here somewhere. At least now, I've got the make-up thing together"

"You can toss it in your bag. Along with the rest of your life. "

"It's make-up made easy"

LOL. How effin' dorky is it that I remember that advert word for word. I could do the entire advertisement right now. Heh. VO guy and everything.

Hell yes I remember this thread. I love this thread. Hee. So girly and fun.

Um, I still completely swear by Maybelline products FYI. Mascara, foundation, powder, eyeliners, cover stick, lip stick. Love it all. Squeeeeee!

Aw, I love all these old threads being ressurected.

*sits and waits for Pea to come in*

This thread is great. We can all share make-up tips and stuff. I'm still trying to find the best make-up remover cleanser. I saw this Clean and Clear one that acts like a face-wash so perhaps I will try that.

Sarah does look really pretty in that picture.

Samii, you are a dork. But that's why I love you for it.

I'm with you on this one. I find it so hard to stick to one specific face wash. Like it might be initially great, but then my skin gets used to it and its not as good as in the beginning. I really like the Nivea skin care range. Their moisturisers are oil free, their facial scrubs are creamy so it doesn't dry out your skin. But like anything, I guess it depends on your skin type as to what suits you.

I've never tried that brand before.

I love Aveeno - it's a good brand too. I haven't used it in awhile though. I might have to go buy some.

Heh. Maybe its only an Australian brand. Because I've never heard of the one you mentioned either.

Heh. This different country thing could prove to be difficult. Oh well, at least Maybelline is Universal.

No, it's here in the US too. We used to have some lotion for it, but I'm picky about body lotion so I didn't like it too much - it was too runny. I've never tried the face cleanser for Nivea though.

I'm with you on the Neutrogena thing, Spikes Gal. I Love it! The facial scrub thing I use smells like apricots. Yum.

I've never tried Neutrogena. I think my face is too sensitive for it..

I'm here. And I'm also willing to back up Nutrogena too. Its nice, but I'm definately in a nivea faze at the moment. I don't stick to one product for too long because... well I don't know, I like change and am easily deceived and manipulated by advertising companies and their faux promises. Hee.

Samii, I am the same way. If it looks good, then it has to be good in my mind. Then I buy it, am disappointed and get angry.
