I agree..Buffy and Spike had the hatred thing going on. But nothing can compare to Buffy and Angelus. Buffy hated him because he was once the love of her life and he became a monster to he. And he hated her because he wanted her and it made him even angrier knowing that.

Yeah, I have to admit I was puzzled by why Spike was brought up in this thread.

And dude, the Spike/Buffy tension had jack **** on the Angelus/Buffy connection. Gawd, that is so freakin' hot. And its so intense and intricatedly complex not to mention really emotional, because Angelus/Buffy/Angel thing had so much more at stake than Spike/Buffy ever did.

Have you guys all read Margots 'Silken Cages'? Best. Fic. Ever. I was introduced to this fic in 2001, and I still go back and re-read it. And it still hasn't ended. It basically just expands on everything we are talking about here. Its freakin' awesome. And the characterisation is insanely good.

Oh, and I'd like to ad that yay at Miranda coming back to this board. I had wondered what happened to you guys.

Plus she's a great writer to boot and she's a sweetheart too! I love her.

And yes, for all Buffy/Angelus fans over 18, do read that fic. It's fabulous. And so intricately plotted.

I e-mailed her a while back to tell her how much I loved her fic. And we winded up e-mailing for quite a while. She is a total doll. But I haven't spoken to her since the end of 2001.

Oh and yeah, make sure that you are over 18 - or wait until your parents leave the house.

Nope, never finished it. I have so many unfinished epic fics I've started. One day, I'll finish them, but I'll have to start over for some of them since it's been so long.

Did you ever read Yahtzee's Phoenix Burning? That's excellent...at least the parts I read were. I'm pretty sure the whole thing is excellent, though. Gotta go find the link...

Me too. I have a long 4 month break in 2 months.

So I am going to re-read Silken Cages then. Because there have been alot of new chapters, but I've forgotten alot of it.

What's Phoenix Burning about? Is that the one that Pea was obsessed with?

I will definately read it though. I will ad it to my list of fics that I have to get through.

I can't at the moment though because I'm doing an assignment. Lmfao. FF is distracting enough.

Yes, that is the fic I'm obsessed with. It is the best BTVS fic I've ever read hands down. You have to read it. It is very very long, but totally worth it. Did I mention how fantastic it is?
