Well it´s from Doppelgangland because Willow was wearing that sweater there.
And in the last gif she says "I`m not a vampire." and Vamp Willow came in that episode. Yeah I can sometimes read lips. __________________

 it’s right after the gang sees Vamp Willow and go back to the library and are basically mourning over her. Then actual Willow walks in.In the second to last gif Willow is saying “say, you guys didn’t happen to do a bunch of drugs, Didja?”  __________________
