It really showed that she still cared about Faith despite everything.

That was one of my favorite moments though lol. Faith wanted to get down and dirty, well Buffy can roll in the mud too. Faith started it and Buffy damn well finished it.

It's moments like that that makes me sad they become enemies. It was nice that Buffy invited Faith over for Christmas and how both had a nice moment there.

Slayer vs Slayer makes for great TV and I love their complicated dynamic, but that short period of time in S3 where they were getting so close will always be the sweet spot.

I will forever be waiting for the day when my hot girlfriend breaks me out of class and draws a heart on the window in front of everyone.
