Yes! I felt like that album was a transition because of what you mentioned. I remember when 'Incomplete' was released, there was a lot of praise, people saying it was more of an adult sound. And the way they performed the song, just them singing with Kevin playing the piano, no dance. I think they wanted to show that side, like they weren't just a boyband, they're a vocal group who harmonize perfectly.
