I guess we'll just have to imagine how Capeside and College life would have been with Drue still in town. The sad part for me is that I thought Jen and Drue really had a connection and would eventually become a great couple if the writers hadn't drop the character. It seems like the writers never wanted Jen to be happy.

Could not have said it better.... my brain is hazy, mostly due to this late hour, plus it's been a LONG time since I've watched any DC episodes, but was it ever mentioned whether or not Drue and Jen hooked up together in NY???

I think they got drunk in NY, but they never really hooked up. I'm not really sure, since it's been so long since I watch a DC episode.

But it's been like 7 years since I last saw the episodes so I could be wrong. I do remember getting the impression that Drue liked Jen.

Yeah, it's been a loonnnng time since I watched any of those episodes, but I vaguely recall her not being into him, but he being very much into her....

That's why I was so excited to have Drue back because I think we would have seen them together. Does anyone remember that deleted scene between them: 'Now take your hands off my butt? (or close to that) I loved that one

Yeah, that's the scene. I think Drue was following Jen around, keeping an eye on her because Jack was going to pay 50(?) bucks for that. And then in the limo, when Jen was resting her head on his shoulder (aww

), he shook his head when Jack offered him the money. I think it went something like that.

My thoughts exactly. Funny thing is that all the boys I know who watched the show were in love with Jen and hated Joey because she never decided between Dawson and Pacey. Jen had to be really loved, she was awesome, she deserved to find a not gay soulmate, lol. Drue and her would be great in season 5.

That scene in the limo is sweet, Drue acted like a gentleman, Jen made him a better guy. I love their scenes together.

It was really sweet of Drue not to take Jack's money.
