Okay, I just checked out the old Post Count thread, and it's dead. But I've got a little announcement to share with all, I'm pretty siked about this!

Please note that once things return to normal here (meaning we’re not going to worry about traffic at all here for at least the next month) the 48 Hour Rule will still apply, meaning that if no one posts on a message board for more than 48 hours, we’ll warn the moderators about the situation and monitor traffic on that board, and if it doesn’t average at least 100 posts per week after that point, the board will be closed. We’ll be looking at the traffic here from time to time on an unofficial basis, and we’ll contact the moderators of any board where the traffic is slow to let them know that the activity on their board needs to pick up, but I think it’s going to take us some time to pick up the momentum that we’ve lost, and I don’t want any of you to have to worry that your boards might close as we all get Fan Forum moving again.

We really appreciate the support and loyalty that you and your posters have shown to Fan Forum, and we look forward to continuing to work with you to make Fan Forum the best website on the Internet. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to post them here. Thanks!

That's an amazing decision. I think most of FF deserves this. And our board needs a reshuffle regarding colouring.

This board has been this scheme for over five years now, when those-who-shall-not-be-named were in charge. I think our board needs to break away from that image.

Same here.... Not to mention the fact that a certain Katie website has the exact same colouring... Once again left over from the days when those-who-shall-not-be-named were in charge. How do we go about getting a colour change?

Contacting a system mod I reckon who would probably make a decision, ask us what we think, then ask the Graphics Team to implement...?

Well, we must be doing all right, considering. As I said before, Post Counts have been suspended for all of 2006, but we will be told if we're dropping under 100. And as we haven't been told yet, we must be doing all right

Yea, it was brilliant to here that they wouldn't be doing any major post counts this year. The crash just made it too difficult, a lot of people have gone missing from the boards as a result.

Yuki, it was down for almost two weeks I think.... Don't quote me on that tho.

Hey, would you guys be willing to continue doing the weekly post counts? I love seeing how the boards I visit are doing... even if the suspension period is still in effect.

Best to ask Tahra about that kinda stuff as I sadly lack knowledge in post counts. Really need to be taught if I'm to be a good moderator.
