** THE ONE TRUE FIVE **

Okay. So you've heard of the abbreviation 'OTP' which stands for 'One True Pairing' and you've also, most likely, heard of 'OT3' as well. Essentially it means that a certain couple are 'meant to be together' whether it be romantic or platonic. Laura (ComeAwayWithMe) and I extended the traditional twosome into a five-piece. Five celebrities, whom if left together in the same room would explode from sheer hotness. We've handpicked our favourite girl crushes: three Americans, one Canadian and a classy Brit for our five-piece. They are, of course, Ali Larter, Emily Blunt, Erica Durance, Katherine Heigl and Kate Walsh. They don't really have much in common except being gorgeous, talented and made of win!

Random, perhaps useless or interesting facts/trivia/whatnot.

- Four of them grace our TV screens week in week out on Heroes, Grey's Anatomy/Private Practice, Smallville.

- Three of them attended the 33rd Annual People's Choice Awards (Heigl, Larter and Walsh).

- Four of them were in the same room together at the 64th Annual Golden Globes (Blunt, Heigl, Larter, Walsh).

- At the same event, Heigl and Blunt competed against one another for Best Supporting Actress. Blunt beat out Heigl for her performance in Gideon's Daughter.

- Three of them charted in this year's (2007) Maxim's Hot 100 (in reverse order, the last one being the highest position: Walsh, Heigl, Larter).

- They all have men in their life. Two of them are engaged (Heigl, Walsh), one is married (Durance) and the other two (Blunt and Larter) are in long term relationships.

- Heigl and Blunt are both involved with singers Josh Kelley and Michael Bublé respectively.

- Heigl met Kelley on the set of one of his music videos. Blunt met Bublé backstage at a concert in 2005. She also lends her vocals on his new CD.

- Heigl is one of JK's many inspirations when he writes songs. Likewise with Bublé, he recently wrote the song 'Everything' about Blunt.

- Blunt and Walsh could've ran into each other once again at the Crystal and Lucy Awards where Blunt was honoured with an award (SQUEE!!).

- Continuing with Blunt and Walsh, Emily is the baby of our select five whereas Kate is the mother hen, so to speak.

- Blunt is in 'The Jane Austin Book Club' with Amy Brenneman who is on 'Private Practice' with Walsh.

- Larter and Walsh are the only two of our five in their 30's. Kate will be 40 come October.

- Durance and Heigl are the same age, with Erica having five months on Katie.
