 This is my first time visiting this board (although I have posted on the Lamptrimmer thread over on the NW board).I loved Tess and Kyle together. I've been watching my Season 2 DVDs, and it's reminding me of how many great scenes they had. I think my favorite (although it's a hard pick) is the one this thread title is from. I love how Tess offers to move out, saying it's okay that Kyle wants to protect his family from the aliens, and Kyle looks so stunned, finally saying that she's part of the family he wants to protect. So sweet. Kyle had gone from being totally freaked out about anything alien to a point where he can't imagine not having Tess around anymore, and even forgets that she's part of the alien "mess" he's trying to get away from. She's just Tess.  __________________

Question: Do you think that (besides making them Christmas dinner and inviting Amy, which was awesome enough as it was) Tess bought the Valentis Christmas gifts in ARCC? And vice versa? What would Kyle and Tess have gotten each other?

I can't really come up with anything, I'm afraid.
Although I do really like the idea of Kyle giving Tess something cute and frivolous, something that she wouldn't have had growing up, like a teddy bear or something. Seeing her enthusiasm about actually having a family Christmas makes me think about how much of a childhood she didn't have growing up with Nasedo.__________________

I enjoyed her doing things for Christmas in that last Christmas episode she was in. I thought getting into the spirit, shopping, cooking and all that, she was really starting to fit in with the humans.

I'm doing good. I don't think I've posted here before, but I was going through some threads and decided to post.
Tess and Kyle were my favorite couple in season 2. They had such a freshness about them that the other couples lacked (Although I did still like M/M). They had such great scenes. "Calvin Klien. I approve." The first classic scene between them.__________________

Yea! They would have made the cutest couple ever if the writer's had gotten their butts into gear!
I love the scene where she's wearing his jersey and is lying on his bed and he walks in... So adorable. Tahra __________________
