It's about 24 hour flight from NY.......ugh, I can't even conceive of that (though, when I do this - and I will, since it's a dream of mine to go to Australia), I'd stop off in LA to visit my sister (and maybe even a day or two in Hawaii, just because, lol). Seriously, though - you need at least 3 weeks to make the unbelievably long journey worth it - especially taking into consideration the adjustment your body would have to make).

Based on what Em said at the Burbank con, I'm thinking she hasn't been back to Australia in a few year. I'm glad she's going to get some time to spend with her family and friends-.....
