I find when she has too much make-up, stiff posing, really odd clothing and all that, it doesn't look as natural as the very little make-up, a wide smile, her hair all down and just standing there being herself - now that's natural!

I agree with this. When I read this my first thought was of how she dressed herself for that glamour don't event.

Actually both times but the black outfit she wore to the first one...too funny which was the point, I think. It's was like Halloween aka Glamour Don't. I know it was intentional and not a photoshoot but you reminded me of it.

It all depends on how the makeup is put on. Dramatic makeup can look very sexy if it's in the right setting. Or it can look really trashy and overdone. It all depends on who is working around her, I guess.

LilMouse - That does look very uncomfortable but that set (blue dress) is my favorite from that photoshoot. Besides the awkward pose, she's stunning as usual.

That drives me crazy. I'm a huge fan of photos and I'm also very organized. It's very hard to organize photos into categories when you have no idea when or where the photo was taken. It annoys me big time. That's just me.

the blue dress was my fav from the photoshoot too. I think my least fav was the red dress - although I loved her hair style

OMG that first Glamour Don't party was hysterical. She should've won an award for dressing the best aka worst. The second one wasn't as bad.

The red dress was my least favorite as well and I agree about the hair style as well. I didn't like the red lipstick. But then, I hate lipstick. I'm a lipgloss gal.

I actually loved her jeans and sweater she wore to the third one. I hated the pink outfit she wore to the second one the most. She looked so funny and cute in the black one. Maybe it's because bright pink makes me wanna boil my eyeballs.

I take on pink in small doses and she was just covered in it. Scary. lol.

miranda i think we need to stage a pink/red intervention...those colors are your friends...you don't have to be afraid of them...you're in a safe place....

less fuss involved w/ lip gloss but i will say that some lipsticks really are worth it for the color punch they give...just an added 'upmpf' i guess...

i have to commend edr, she's learned what works for her as far as makeup goes (and or she hired a very good stylist which i have to say 'go girl' lol)...she's made the mistake most women make ealry on, too much blush is not a good thing..common mistake when you're first using makeup and trying to figure it all out...i'm just glad she wears colors that enhance and not detract...sadly some folks never learn this lesson....

wasn't that the fashion don't party? i was thinking about her first pics she too back in '99 or 2000 when she started to attend events...
