Stepping Down as Moderator. Thank you for 16 wonderful years.
Hi all,
After a lot of agonizing thought over a span of many, many months I've decided to step down from the moderator position on Emilie's board. I've been posting here since the board opened in 2001, which has been half my life, and I have been a moderator for about 10 years. I've talked to - and have been fortunate enough to meet in person - so many wonderful people on this board. I have fantastic memories that will last a lifetime, and this board really was a second home to me. But for a while now, I've felt like I don't have the energy to keep the board running. It's not fair to the board or other posters to continue moderating when I don't have the energy anymore. I will still stop by and post, just not be in a leadership position. And I hope to one day be able to watch Emilie in a show or in a movie deserving of her talents. I hope this board continues to live on with a moderator who loves Emilie and has enthusiasm for keeping conversation going.  to all- Victoria __________________

I'm sorry to see your stepping down, but I completely understand!
I remember coming to this board back when I first joined and was loving Lost, and eventually when I became mod of the Lost board, I'll always remember you and Jazz running this board and being so welcoming!  Best of luck with everything and I'll see you around the board I'm sure  __________________

Victoria I am sorry to see you stepping down! I can't imagine this board without you as a mod you are a huge part of this board but I completely understand your reasons

End of an era.
You have one of the brightest parts of this board since the beginning. Sad to see you step down but absolutely understandable to step away now. Thank you for everything you've done for the Emilie board, Vic. |
